As of today, The Student’s Voice is active: the University's new web platform created to welcome student feedback and work together to improve teaching and support services. The channel is open to any type of feedback, whether it is a suggestion, reporting a problem, a formal complaint, or appreciation—every contribution will be useful to refine the quality of Degree Courses or PhD Programs. Anonymity is guaranteed because the system does not track personal data or IP addresses, nor does it send automatic emails. The recipient of the message will see only the written text, with no way to trace the author.
The procedure to use the service is very simple (student user manual, intranet page).
Simply go to https://studentsvoice.unifi.it, select your School and Degree Course or PhD Program, write the text, and submit.
Upon submission, the platform will display a unique numerical code, called a TOKEN, which is essential to note down and keep safe. Since the portal is completely anonymous, the TOKEN is the only key to log back into the platform, track your request, and read the response (expected within 30 days).
Please note, however, that you always have the option to use anonymous feedback directed to the instructor via the course evaluation questionnaire, which can be completed starting from two-thirds of each teaching period. In addition, for serious violations of the ethical code of conduct, you can contact the Ombudsperson (https://www.unifi.it/it/ateneo/chi-siamo/organi/garante) or the Confidential Counselor (https://www.unifi.it/it/ateneo/chi-siamo/organi/consigliera-di-fiducia).
